Willo — visual budget planner

The short version: Willo never sees your financial data. There is no Willo server, no account system, and no database of users.

What data Willo handles. The budget information you enter — names, amounts, notes, and colors. Nothing else is asked for or read.

Where it lives. In the browser edition, your data is stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device. In the Google sign-in edition, it is stored in a spreadsheet inside your own Google Drive; the app runs under your own Google account, and the developer has no access to it. Backups and exports you create are files saved to your device.

What is collected. Nothing about your finances, ever. The website may use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookie-free service that counts page visits in aggregate; it cannot see anything you type into Willo.

Sharing and selling. There is nothing to share or sell. No data leaves your device or your Google account, so none can be given to anyone.

Deleting your data. Browser edition: clear this site's data in your browser, or use Settings → Reset. Google edition: delete the "Willo Data" spreadsheet from your Drive and remove the app's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Changes. If this policy ever changes, the new version will appear here with an updated date.
